A Tokyo store run by the US IT firm Apple has cancelled an event following a bomb threat.
An email was sent to the Apple Store Ginza on Sunday morning. The sender threatened to blow up the store unless the event was cancelled.
Police searched the store for nearly one hour and did not find any suspicious objects. About 150 people were evacuated.
The store cancelled the talk by a film director that had been scheduled for the afternoon.
Police are investigating the case.
